Impact.
In the 10 years since our founding, KCL Womxn in STEM has grown into one of the university's most diverse and impactful societies, with our mentorship, schools outreach and student ambassador proframmes being out standout initiatives. Each one of these programmes aimsvto champion and empower young womxn in STEM, whether it be providing individualised career resources via our 1-1 mentorship scheme, conducting training workshops through our student ambassador programme or inspiring girls in Year 8-11 to gain confidence in STEM subjects through volunteer-led talks and workshops.
Now celebrating our 10th anniversary, we have grown into one of the university’s most diverse and impactful societies, with a cross-disciplinary network of students, academics, professionals, and researchers working to tackle the deep-rooted, intersectional causes of gender disparity in STEM.
